BOOKING TERMS

Bookings can only be made via email to info@hofluxuryvilla.is

All bookings are provisional until confirmed by us. 

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS 

Prices are NET including VAT and valid January- December 2024.

50% extra charge applies on standard rates during Easter and Christmas - 24th, 25th, 26 th and 31 st of December and 1st of January 2025.

TERMS OF PAYMENT 

20% Non-refundable deposit upon booking, final payment and balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. 

CANCELLATION 

Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to planned arrival to Iceland will result in loss of 20% of total (non-refundabledeposit).

Cancellation less than 28 days to arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the total amount.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT 

Arrival - Check in is at 3 pm all year.

Departure - Checkout is at 11:00 am all year.

Late check outs will be charged an extra night unless previously discussed with the salesteam prior to arrival day. 

NUMBER OF GUESTS 

Hof Luxury Villa has two ensuite bedrooms so it’s perfect for two couples or a small family.

Cribs can be arranged additionally if needed.

There are no third party guests allowed on site at any time. The houses are only to be occupied by paying guests. Only the number and persons agreed on your booking. This also includes food and drinks. The name of each guest is required prior to arrival day.
